SCOPE OF SUPPLY
- Pump with motor, couplings, guards (non-sparking type), shaft sealing system & all equipment, installed within the confines of base plate refilling system for plan 52 & 53
- Cooling system including cooler (if required).
- Base plate(s)
- Foundation bolts and nuts with liners
- Shim plates for shaft alignment at site
- [ ] Setting bolts/nuts & gaskets (In case of vertical pump)
- Piping, valves & fittings with its support for cooling, sealing & flushing, lubrication (if applicable) and other utility services within the confines of base plate
- utility single connection at edge of skid.
- Mating flanges with bolts, nuts and gaskets (when flanges do not conform to Purchaser’s specification)
- Manifold flange connection with block valve at the edge of base plate for terminal point with Purchaser for all utility services
- Sight flow indicators shall be furnished in each cooling water outlet line
- Manifold flange connection with block valve for casing drain lines and vent lines at the edge of base
- plate (Note: Vent connections may be omitted if the pump is made self-venting by the arrangement of the nozzles.)
- Instrumentation, including junction box
- Earthing plates
- Name plates
- Lifting lugs for installation and maintenance
- Spare Parts for erection, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up. Any additional spares consumed during the erection,pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up over and above those included in list shall be provided by the Vendor free of charge.
- Vendor shall establish and submit during Bid Stage for approval a detailed list of spare parts recommended for the first two (2) years of continuous operation of the plant, specifying quantities, unitary prices and schedule for delivery. These spare parts shall be considered as optional items and the price shall be valid for SIX months after purchase order. Spare parts will be ordered with main equipment.

- Touch-up paint for field repair works Any other items not listed above which are necessary for the satisfactory design and operation of the pump shall be furnished by Vendor.
